What happens at this event?

We gather at 10:30am , for an 11am start, on the terrace at Monachyle Mhor overlooking Lochs Voil and Doine, with oysters and Champagne. We walk a mile along the glen road to the fairy pools, with more delicious food and drink pairings. From there we walk to the Monachyle lifting stone, the original expression of strength since the 1700’s and where couples choose to get married. We head to the bottom meadow to our mirrored box, listed in Conde Nast Traveller as one of the 10 best views in the world. We gather for the final 2 courses…

1. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Availability can be limited, and we sell out quickly
2. Where do we meet and at what time?
The adventure start at Monachyle Mhor at 10:30am for 11am.
3. What do I wear?
Please dress for the outdoors - think comfy shoes, layers, and a sense of adventure.
4. Is the walk difficult?
The walk is a 6 mile stopping walk through the glen, mostly on tarmac.
5. Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely, all furry friends are more than welcome to join us.
6. Im staying at one of your hotels, is there lifts available?

Absolutely brilliant stay and the wine safari was a fantastic experience despite the weather. Beautiful setting and fabulous staff.

The weather wasn't great for the day of our wine safari, but the team turned it around and made adjustments to ensure we had a fun day. Beautiful setting and venue, and nice to do something a bit different from the norm!
