Our Mhor wine safaris are becoming legendary across Scotland. It’s all about having a fabulous wine tasting experience day, where we walk along Balquhidder glen, stopping along the way to drink and eat, fuelling the rest of the stroll up to Monachyle Mhor hotel.

You’ll meet us at Mhor 84 for breakfast with a glass of something special and then we’ll take a two-mile stroll up to Creag an Tuirc – once the gathering spot for clan MacLaren – for the best views in Balquhidder. We’ll rest a while there and have an outdoor food demonstration and…

1. Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Availability can be limited, and we sell out quickly

2. Where do we meet and at what time?

The adventure start at Mhor84 at 10:30am for 11am.

3. What do I wear?

Please dress for the outdoors - think comfy shoes, layers, and a sense of adventure.

4. Is the walk difficult?

The walk is a 6 mile stopping walk through the glen, mostly on tarmac.

5. Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely, all furry friends are more than welcome to join us.

6. Im staying at one of your hotels, is there lifts available?

Of course, when making your booking please tick the box if you and your party require a lift from Monachyle Mhor in the morning or back to Mhor84 after lunch

11am-4pm
